You could go with a power supply around 500 watts if you want and get a higher quality unit. You don't need 750 watts. The rest of it looks good.

the mobo has better heatsinks. R9 270X is 25% faster than GTX 750ti High quality RAM and PSU.

The i6 4590 is $200 when not bought in-store at MC. Change to the 4460. They perform identically in games.

I would go with the 4460. It is $30 cheaper than the 4590 and performs the exact same. There is no reason to get the 4590 at all over the 4460.
