I need a amd3+ cpu cooler that mounts onto the mobo without unscrewing the mount on the mobo because the mount in my mobo has a dud screw, budget £30 / $46

A Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, would enter either your Case, the width of your case is 190mm and the total width of 212 Evo is 159mm, you would not have problems with that CPU FAN, besides that the cpu fan is most recommended for its high efficiency and low price
