I am building a budget computer trying to stay below $720. It has

Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor

MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Kingston Fury Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card

Rosewill CHALLENGER ATX Mid Tower Case

XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

LG GH24NSC0B DVD/CD Writer

Is this a good build to play games on high/ultra settings at 1400X1050 resolution? Also I have concerns about the case fans and the motherboard. Do I have a good setup to run all three fans? If not what can I do or is their another motherboard that is around the same price with a better setup? Thank you for any advice that the community can give me.
