2nd Drive(ssd) showing as removable

I just added a Samsung 840 evo ssd 500g drive with the plan to run steam and games from it.

Im having an issue where it shows the new drive as "devices with removable stoarage"
it also does not show up in my bios boot priority list.
I found it under computer management and it is showing as unallocated.

Am I on the right track here? and is it worth it for me for have this drive dedicated to running games? My other drive is a 1T seagate barracuda hdd.

Ah This has happened to me as well. Something with Computer management and go to disk management. You gotta set a letter drive for it. ex f:/
Hope this sets you in the right path. on the bottom you should see like Disk 0 Disk 1 Disk 2 etc etc. forgot the options to change it but good luck hope this helps!

Thanks for the replys
This is similar to what i was doing, but it shows that drive as unallocated. From what I had read it sounded like I need to partition a certain amount that will be used for storage (prob all of it for myself) but I have never done this so was looking to see if this is correct before moving ahead.
