Hi,
When i've started to change my entire computer hardware, many problem has come.
First, i'm gonna start with the first config that i had:

-P6t deluxe v2
-I7 920 2,7ghz
-gtx660 OC
-ssd 240 + Hdd 1to
-8 ddr3
-Windows 7 64 bit

So with that config, i was to play every games without lag and in full setting (except skyrim, assassin's creed unity, watch dogs, crysis 3 and the witcher 2 i guess but every was working correctly).
Then, i needed to make a big change on my hardware.
So i've started by buying an R9 295x2 with a 4k pc screen computer (asus PB287Q 28" 60hz).
I was pretty when i had them... and then, the problem have began...
When i've started to use my r9 295x2, i had problem with some games like Batman arkham origins: i had some micro-freeze and very strange lag (without fps drops) when i was moving the camera.
I've deactivated the crossfire and that's partly solved the problem (no strange lag anymore but i still have some micro-freeze).
To conclude, i have the same problem with arkham city.

So know, i'm gonna explain the actual problem because i've have my complet new config:

-X99 UD4
-I7 5820K 3,3 ghz (with a Cooler Master Seidon 120M)
-R9 295x2
-ssd 240 + hdd 1to
-8 go ddr4 2666 mhz CL16 (it's suppose to work at 2666mhz but it only work at 2400 mhz and i dont know why...)
-windows 8.1 64 bit

With that new config, the problem is that when i'm trying to change the screen resolution in a game like batman arkham origins (again), the screen goes black (because he try to change the screen resolution) and then complete freeze (with the "frozen" sound too) and i'm only able to turn off my computer and restart it.
(but look like the problem is disapearing when i'm deactivated the crossfire).
I've tested the same things with assassin's creed unity and same issue but it happen more randomly because: first, when i launched the game, it's automaticly in 4k resolution and in 60hz. second, some time (and it's completly random, when i go from 4k resolution to 2k resolution in 30hz, my computer doesn't crash and i can play the game but he is laging (except if i'm deactivating the vsynch).
So now, you know my problem.
I've completly reinstalled my windows 8.1 and doesn't change anything.
Deactivating crossfire for assassin's creed unity doesn't change anything.
I hope you can help because it's kind of frustrating to have those weird problem with a powerful computer...
Thanks in advance.

First things first, have you made sure that you have enough power (PSU being to low of wattage) ? thats the first thing I would look into. If you have and its fine, check to see if ALL parts are compatible! I cannot stress this enough, so many people come on here without knowing if the parts are not compatible... I digress, if all your parts are compatible and the PSU is strong enough, ill check into it more.

Yeah, i hâve a 1000W psu but this morning, i've checked the power cable for my graphic card and it was not correctly connected ( i dont Know how exactly explain this in english but i Will try: an r9 295x2 need 2 psu cable of 6 connector and i was using one connector and not correctly placed... I Know it's difficult to understand sorry)
So, i've try to correctly plug those cable (i've used 2 différent cable this Time) and i've checked if my assassins creed unity still have this résolution problem and in the beginning, that have work (i have go from 4k 60hz resolution to 2k 60hz and that have worked). Then i've played the game 1 min and i've tried to change my screen resolution again (from 2k 60hz to 4k 60hz) but my computer crashed again. Maybe i've not correctly plugged those cables again and i'm gonna Check this this afternoon.

Yeah but the game shouldn't make my computer crash because i am just changing the screen resolution of the game...
But whatever, i'm still in my university for the Time but in 2-3 hours, i Will be back in home.

Yes your Ram could be messing with things, no matter if thats the problem.. it needs to be fixed. For future builds always make sure everything is compatible because if its something else next time, it could damage the build.

I've notified something else too: some kind of tearing but only in the top of my screen (when i'm ingame like assassin's creed unity and same for arkham origins).
And for the ram, is it sure that my problem come from the ram? Because, in the memory compatibility list, there's this "Memory modules listed as below is for reference only. Due to massive memory models in market, we can only verify some of them."...

Its a big possibility that is the ram but I cant personally assure you its the ram... For the tear in the screen, I can only guess that it is your gpu acting up but then again.. your ram could be the issue.

I cannot assure you its the ram but it is highly likely.

look like the screen tearing disapeared when i deactivate the crossfire but didn't had this problem with my old configuration and with the same gpu than the actual one...

hmm sound like the problem is more coming from the crossfire feature:
If i launch assassin's creed unity (or arkham origins) with the crossfire activated, i have the tear problem and the computer crash issue when i'm changing the screen resolution of my games... but if i deactivate the crossfire, that i launch the game and reactivete the crossfire when the game is launched, then everything is working perfectly, without the tear issue and the computer crash issue when changing screen resolution... (except for arkham origins that doesn't like the crossfire feature and that was the same with my old config but i didn't had the tear problem and screen resolution crash issue, just some kind of "shaking" and "flashing" screen when make move the camera).
So now, what i know is "never make a crossfire config".
