Small squares cover the screen when I play games

My new computer gets small squares all over the screen when i play games. the gpu is an EVGA 4gb Geforce GTX 760. The computer is brand new and was built by Fry's Electronics, though that process was a nightmare, and this computer has had no end of problems. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

Looks like they gave you a broken GPU

I have been having the same problems for months! I looked at your screen shot and it looks similar to my issues, however my issue usually looks like a checkerboard pattern, is flickers on and off in the same spot roughly 4x4 inches, anywhere on the screen. This used to only happen in games, however now it is happening in everything. Should I send my GPU in for fixing? I think my RMA period hasn't expired yet.
