Workstation Computer build $1800 max budget

Hello everyone. So in this thread, my question for everyone is what would you build as a workstation computer. i have 1800 total right now i can use for the build, would prefer it to be 1200-1500 and in this budget it won't include the HDD or OS system, those i'll be doing separate.

What i definitly would like it it-
-SSD Drive
-Sound Card
-Card Reader (micro, mini, reg)
-Blue Ray

There will be absolutely no gaming at all on this computer, It will be used for very very long videos, intense visual graphics, 3d rendering, cgi and environment creation. Most of the programs are Adobe based products, so im not sure which pieces are best suited for those programs. And if possible i'd like the system to be quiet. that part is optional.

Please please help.

Its 1500 USD, and the Sound Card, Processor, RAM, was the best one out there.

for Graphic Card i was picking R9 290x, since you done a lot with video, pict. More bit on Graphic Card would be an awesome help!

Also i've maxed out the Ram for 32GB since workstation need a lot of RAM at the same time (You gonna multi task right?)

If you want to low the prices i can make like around 50bucks lower for lower sound card.

Why? because of the prices.
R9 290x had 512 - bit which is awesome on rendering, video editing, etc

Also he had 4GB of VRAM DDR5
Which on Quardro it cost 420 bucks

If you want the better one, R9 295x2 would be awesome.
