Hey folks, so i just got this new motherboard from newegg and it seems to only boot and sucessfully post if i have just 1 ram slot in, any slot works but dual or using all three-four of the DIMM slots results in a endless power cycle and restart of the computer, any help please?

Solution
Considering the fact that your computer goes into an endless loop when you place your ram in slots 3 and 4, it is likely that the RAM slots there are defective. I'm unsure if Newegg cross ships though...

If you're still skeptical that RAM slots 3 and 4 are defective or not, you can test it with different RAM and see if that works.

But to stay on the safe side, you could RMA your board. Hopefully the next board you receive is not DOA though.

I hope that your computer will work fine in the future :)

Yup, wierdly enough i now can use 8 GB of RAM by putting two sticks of 4 gb in Slots 1 and 2, this motherboard goes slot 1 farthest from cpu and slot 4 closest to cpu, in this case slots 1 and 2 work fine, but 3 and 4 dont work at all, resulting in endless boot

Since i got this from newegg, might as well return it and get a more higher tier MOBO, Gaming Series 5 or should they cross ship me another 1?

Well depends really, if you have a higher budget you can get a higher tier mobo, like Asus' mobo. Such as the Z97 A or the Asus Maximus VII Hero/ Ranger.

If your on a limited budget, consider cross shipping you another mobo.

I went through 2 defective Asus Z97A from newegg around Christmas time, this is the third not totally DOA board but defective nonetheless, at this point its definitely defective DIMM slots 3 and 4? seems some folks on the review have this issue too, does newegg cross ship?
