should i go with gtx 970 g1 SIL or blower fan SLI

The OC ones that don't have an exhaust have better cooling but you need a case with good airflow to keep the temp on the other parts down as all the GPUs Heat will otherwise stay within the case, so it depends on how good the airflow of the case you are getting is.

Do NOT get the blower style.
It will just be LOUDER than a non-blower model (at the same performance level). Your case is more than enough provided a minimal of case fans (one front intake and one top/rear should suffice).
I wouldn't necessarily get the Gigabyte model though (fans don't turn off AFAIK) you have a side windows so I guess aesthetics are a concern. I usually recommend the EVGA GTX970 ACX2.0 1.17GHz model though most or all of the EVGA's don't have an LED light I believe.
