Computer case lights come on, but nothing else.

At the moment i am typing this from my phone. My desktop computer that i assembled (and has been working flawlessly for the past 3 months) is not working correctly. Before i left for work i shut the computer down from the windows start menu. When i returned home later and tried to turn it on, the light on the front of my tower comes on (along with the power button light) and it sounds like it usually does when i turn it back on. However, none of the fans work within the case (this includes my cpu fan and graphics card fan). My system fans have led lights built with them, but they are not on. So obviously (from what i can tell) nothing is getting any power, save the case lights and i guess disc drive. I can also open my dvd/cd drive. I'm thinking this is probably a power supply or motherboard problem. However, I still don't have too much experience with this, so i thought i would ask for assistance.

Here are my specs: http://austinnotduncan.com/builds/photon/

EDIT: Not even thirty seconds after posting this, my desktop tower completely turned on. This includes all fans that were previously off. Leds are on aswell. Still no response from my monitor, mouse, or keyboard (both mouse and keyboard have built in light).

Solution
I had an issue like this a few years back; luckily I found the solution.

Open your system and make sure that every connector is tightly plugged in; especially your 8 pin to the motherboard.

Thank you NJDEN. I figured that since i had left it the way i had before i went to work, nothing could possibly be loose or unplugged. Very easy fix, thanks again.
