for 1 of them, yes, should be fine, 2 you're mighty close to the edge for comfort.

Especially not with a Corsair CX. They die when stressed. The RealhardtechX page linked above is accurate and what I use.

No not enough you need atleast 750 watts depending on the rest of ur system and def not with that PSU

2 970s will work as would 2 980s its just you're cutting it so close your PSU is only 80+ bronze as well ..2 970s from what I've read consume close to 350 watts in sli add in your over clocked i7 and you're real close. So the answer is it'll work but you're better off with a 700 or 750 watt PSU for longetivity of your psu
