Hi! I recently got a problem with my Palit gtx660OC. The gpu idle temp has gone to 60°C and when gaming it's a bit under 78°-> because of that i can't even run Kerbal Space Program :/

I just bought a new Corsair 850W PSU and i've cleaned/checked all of my fans including the GPU.

Any ideas?
I'll give more info of my system if it's needed.

Last few weeks mean you should clean heatsink also. If the problem exist then there is a fault with the card you should contact costumer support

GTX 660 should not overheat that much! Was it overheating from the time you bought it or it started overheating after a certain time? Looks like it is a faulty card

Sorry for not replying directly (im on mobile)

Well.. The card is almost 2yrs old by now and i think the warranty is expired.
Yes I've cleaned the gpu cooler but not the heatsink. (But would it even affect this?)
When I bought the card i did not have this problem, it has come up in the last few weeks.
