PC restarts after putting together

Hello, i bought some components and put it together as a PC, and after i did that (i know a bit about HW) the PC wont start, it restarts after about five seconds (and nothing displays on monitor)...

my setup is:
GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-Gaming 3 - Intel Z97
Intel Core i5-4460
MSI N750Ti Twin Frozr IV 2GD5/OC Gaming
CORSAIR CX Builder Series Modular 430W

i tried taking the battery out and in again (found it can help but it didnt), checked CPUs fan, tried start PC it without external graphic card and its still the same, all fans work, lights works, but after few sec it just restarts... Any suggestions?

No beep comes up, as RAM i have
RAM Kingston 2x4GB DDR3 1333MHz CL9 (HX313C9FK2/8) HyperX Fury

as HDD i have
HDD Seagate Barracuda 7200.14, 3,5" SATA III, 64MB - 1TB

I even tried to start up without these, only CPU connected, but the result was same...

Well i think it will be somehow motherboard, i tried other electricity, and PSU seems to be fine, i can try to get another PSU but im not sure i will be able to get it... And all is new, i bought every component yesterday :-/

Well im guessing because all lights and fans turn off and back on after few sec, and nothing displays on monitor...
