Samsung Magician Rapid Mode.. is it really any good to enable it?

I just did a fresh install of Windows and all my drivers on my month old Samsung 850 PRO SSD and was wondering if you guys think turning on Rapid Mode through the Samsung Magician software provides any real performance increase. I have 16GB of RAM so I have plenty to spare. I've used it in past builds, and benchmark results were vastly superior, but in normal everyday use, I don't feel as if I saw a real performance jump compared to having it turned off. Keep in mind the drive I enable it on, only has my OS installed and a couple core programs. In my last build, turning it on even caused me a BSOD.

What do you guys think? Do you use it? Should I enable it? Or does it just cause more harm than help.

ive looked at this too. personally I don't use it because it is unnecessary and can cause bsod as you said. There isn't any real world difference anyways. benchmarks just look good but don't translate into real world use all the time.
