Im planing to buid pc htpc to wacht top quality videos from web.at the moment im using 4.3 ghz G3258 cpu ,g.skill trident 2400 mhz 8gb,geforce gtx 650 ti 1 gb.still not happy with 40" panasonic lcd tv.background lagging a bit and picture quality downgraded compairing tv itself..
My budget -cheap i5,
Graphics up to 180 pounds.could you help me to find best for money and my demand needs
