Only 2.85 Gb RAM usable out of 8GB in Windows 10 32 bit

I am using Acer Aspire E571 with 4gb built-in and I also added 4gb more total 8gb but the usable RAM memory is 2.85gb. I want to use my total 8gb usable RAM memory, what to do??
Any solutions?

Upgrade to 64bit. 32bit won't use anymore than 4gb.

do i need to reinstall my operating system using new DvD with 64bit operating system or i can upgrade my this running window to 64bit ??
Give me short time consuming way to upgrade to 64bit ??

It's an upgrade, but backup your data as it may be lost during reinstall.

There is no way to "upgrade" from any 32-bit version of Windows to a 64-bit version. This requires a full, clean install. Sorry.
