Yeah, but my entire rig looks really messy. The side panel is off, and before I started to build, there was a bulk of wires tied to a cable tie.

If you could include a picture it would be most helpful. To be able to use cable management like the picture above it takes a little planning and its easiest to start from scratch. I have routed mine through the back as the picture shows and it works great. There is also videos on how to correctly manage your cables.

Honestly the best way is to completely restart and plan i mean as long as those cables arent affecting airflow, it doesnt have to be pretty. It can be done better though. I guess if you feel its affecting your airflow or hate the look restart from scratch.

Okay, but what do I do with those cables that came with the case already tied it. It looked liek 4 motherboard power connectors all together :/

I know what those are its your power cables hdd cables and such. I kept mine tied together as close to the end as possible and routed them throught the slot on the bottom near the psu. it all depend on where the location is on your mother board

When the case came, all those cables that were tied in a bunch consisted of USB 2.0, USB 3.0, Audio, Fan wires (I don't know where they connect to", a Molex Connector, etc.

With the PSU, that's when all the Sata wires, other Molex, etc started to come in

My motherboard is a Asus Z97-A and the PSU is a SeaSonic X-Series 650W

Ok much better, The four 3 pins, im guessing they are 3 pins, are fan connectors for multiple fans obviously and the molex connector can be connecting to the psu via molex and that way you have 4 fans running off one molex cable. Unless that cable i sconnected on the other end it could just simply be a extension for more fans. It seems as if its completely optional to use it.

So If I connect just the molex, which I did, then the additional wires are just for extensions for other fans?

correct, one end of the molex connects to the PSU the other can connect to anything requiring a molex. The others are for fans which may be used but not needed. Can i ask what your connecting to the molex?

Your Motherboard should already have atleast 2 connections for fans and a cpu fan making 3.

I connected the Molex with another Molex connector that came with my PSU.

Then yeah that should be fine, the fans are optional

So do you recommend me starting from scratch for the wires?

Those additional wires, can I just take them out from there?
