Low fps in Kerbal Space Program since beta

When the game was in alpha I could run it at around 60 fps avg but since the beta update it has gone down to around 15 fps avg. Its not my GPU because turning graphics setting down makes no difference and I have an FX-8320 @3.5Ghz and 2x4gb of 1600mhz memory.

Go to the KSP website and post there. The devs/users there can probably try and help you out. They will also have a contact page where you can probably submit a support ticket.
