Hey,guys!
I want to ask if these parts match each other and can this PSU handle these parts? if so,will it handle Core i5-4690K ?

MotherBoard:MSI Gaming B85-G43 / LGA 1150
CPU:Intel Core I5-4590
Ram:8GB
PSU:400W
Case:CoolerMaster:N500
GPU:Won't buy one,now!

Solution
The i5-4690/K are haswell refresh, so there's a chance that, if the mobo didn't come with an updated BIOS, it won't recognize the CPU and won't post.

To ensure that it works, get a H97/Z97 mobo. (i5-4690K won't OC with a H97 mobo).

400W is enough for just a CPU, but if you ever buy a discrete GPU, you'll need to upgrade your PSU.
What brand and model is the "400W" PSU? That is not the piece to get cheap, since the overall health and stability of your system are dependent on clean reliable power.
Otherwise, you can use those parts together. It is probably not worth putting an unlocked ("K") processor on a B85 motherboard though; get a Z97 board instead.
If you plan to overclock, avoid the parrots and find a CPU cooler from this list: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2478892/alternatives-hyper-212-evo-budget-cooling.html

Hummmmm....no the PSU is pretty much cheap junk :D It doesn't even have a model xD,but I'm planning to get a coolermaster one when I have enough money to buy a GPU.....Forget about 4590K what do you say about 4590 ?
Is it generally perfect? Is it good for gaming? No,I'm not going to overclock as long as these parts will offer me a great gaming experience with MSI gaming R9-270x

A cheap PSU can croak for no apparent reason, and may take attached parts with it; I would not risk it. Next, unless it is their new V-series (not VS, or anything else), Coolermaster PSUs are mediocre at best, and near junk themselves at worst. Where can you buy? For a R9 270X it would make more sense to buy one decent 500W PSU now.

Think the "Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H" will do the job?
Well,I may get i5-4690(non-K) but once again do you think a 400 PSU will be enough until I get coolermaster G650M?

Well,I agree with you,but I'll be getting G650M I guess it's good,just saying :D
What do you think?

The GX650 was described by HardOCP as a "polished turd in a box." From the review, IMHO it probably wouldn't be so bad as a 500W-550W PSU, but the company has such a history of poor quality, liar-labeled products that they're on my personal "Do Not Buy" list. A 380W Antec Earthwatts or 450W Rosewill Capstone would be much more solid choices, and are relatively inexpensive. If you're going to add a single powerful graphics card, the 550W Capstone might be better, or a 550W XFX.

Yes, for just the CPU is enough, even if it's from a generic brand. But i would also recommend to upgrade your PSU as soon as possible. Cooler Master is not a good PSU brand, if you ever get a high end GPU, XFX, Antec, SeaSonic, EVGA are the brands you need to look, 80+ certification bronze at least.

Actually G650M is 80+ C-B

Also what do you mean by for just the CPU ?
You men CPU without Motherboard or Ram?

Even when the CM is 80+, it's been proven that they build poor quality PSUs with false power capacities.

When i say just the CPU i'm referring to a system with all the parts except the expansion cards (like a GPU). That's because the mobo, RAM, HDD and optical drive consume very few energy in comparison to just the CPU. The only other component that can consume more energy is the GPU.
