So I make youtube videos and the other day I went to record some csgo and I noticed that I had 150-200 fps less than normal (I had 300fps now I play like 100 to 200fps). You might say ''Whats the big deal some people play with less fps!'' Well yeah but what I'm more concerned about is that I was able to record at 60 and still mantain 100-200 fps. Now I have 10fps!!! 10!!! I'm not able to play with that! I changed my graphic card to a MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr which is A LOT better than my old one. I have an Fx 6350 Six Core Processor. One thing I think that may be causing it is that I have my all my memory harddrives full... Please tell me if you know the problem!

Solution
Hard drives cannot work efficiently when they are more than 75% full. You need to clean them up by deleting the unnecessary files, and then doing a full defrag. Also, ideally, your OS should be on an SSD, and the record should go so a separate data drive (preferably something fast with lots of space).
