Pretty much want a build that has GREAT frames but dances around $950-1000. I decided I wanted to start youtubing and streaming so I really want a good processor and such for rendering big videos and being able to play all the new latest games with great graphics and frames!
-> Canadian Pcpartpicker please :) (over clocking is optional! But I would prefer not to unless you really insist)

yes I'm $40 over, but my jesus you will get ridiculous performance for both gaming and rendering, the I7 will help MASSIVELY against a regular I5 in rendering times, and a 290 munches through games like there's no tomorrow.
If you want to go slightly further over budget you can get a gtx 970 for about $50 more,

However in the future, if you're rendering, streaming etc. then i would definitely recommend upgrading to 16GB of RAM just to allow you to do more at once, and add an SSD as a boot and load drive.
Happy Building.
