Hi experts,

After I clicked uninstall with "Trend Micro Titanium" highlighted at Control Panel, I got:
"Load Failed"
file:///C:/program%20files/Trend%20Micro/...failed with error code 6

Is there other way to uninstall this anti-virus program?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I did find the Trend Micro folder in disk C, but can't find the uninstall.exe anywhere there, there is "Package remover", "forceRemove", and 2 "Remove"s, both Removes have a red x in front of them, can any of these be it?

and follow this link http://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us/home/pages/technical-support/1037161.aspx

Hi AgentHani,

The "forceremove" is located at C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Titanium, if I click on it, will it only remove Trend Micro, and nothing else? it will not affect my other files on c drive? thanks.

No it wont affect ur other files on drive c,

see if that Force remove works to uninstall trend micro, and if not then inform me back for another method.

The diagnostic toolkit works the same way for all of the programs Trend Micro created.
Specific information for the Titanium version of their products can be found HERE.

If those don't help, you can also download the free version of Revo Uninstaller HERE and attempt to remove it using the "Advanced" option. This will go through and remove all registry, folder, etc entries on the PC.

I clicked on Force Remove, then a program file with white letters on black background quickly rolling down the screen, then a message appeared saying "This file can't be previewed because it is in use".
