Hello fellow toms hardware members. I have come seeking your help and wisdom. I was originally gonna wait for the 3xx series but with the AUD exchange rate, I think now is the best time to buy a PC before it plummets more. Will you please rate my build/ help improve it.

CPU – Intel Core i5 4670k – $225 used off friend still with 1 year warranty OR $280 new (should I buy the used one and save some dosh?)
MoBO – ASRock Z87 Fatal1ty Killer – $110
GPU – XFX Radeon R9 290 Double Dissipation – $400 OR MSI Twin Frozr R9 290 (I really like the lights in the XFX haha, but if the MSI is significantly better i'll get that) OR should I spend an extra 60 bucks and get a gigabyte wind force 290x.
RAM – Avexir Core Series 1600 8GB (2*4gb) – $90
HDD – Seagate Barracuda 1TB – $68 ( has longer warranty than WD methinks, not sure though. If WD is better than Seagate though I will get it)
SSD – OCZ Arc 100 120gb – $75
Case – NZXT S340 – $88 OR any other case that's cheaper thn his and looks better.
PSU – EVGA Supernova B2 – $106 (Jonnyguru said this may even reach a silver and it is rated in tier 1b in the PSU tier list. I know I don't need it but good 650w psu's are in the same price range anyway, unless you really recommend a 650w psu. Also, do you think the supernova 850b2 is good enough for Xfire plans in the future?

My friend also has a water cooling loop which he wants me to buy for $60 ( cheap I know, but he does want to sell it for that one, all the brands are alphacool so I think it's good, If he doesn't sell it, I'll get a hyper 212 evo)

Also, I need a monitor, what do you think of the LG 24mp55vq IPs 24 inch monitor for $170 or the Samsung SD390 Pls 24 inch monitor for $178

Btw all prices are in AUD, that's why it's expensive.

That's without the monitor. I like the case it the price is similar to the s340 which I'd rather imo. Also, any comments about the questions I asked In my first post
