Is this graphics card compatible with my computer and do I have a sound card?

Hello,
I want to play this game (Planetside 2) and the minimum requirements are:

CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 or higher / AMD Phenom II X2 or higher
CPU Speed:Info
RAM:4 GB
OS:Windows XP
Video Card: nVidia GeForce 8600 series or higher / AMD or ATI 4850 series or higher
Sound Card:Yes
Free Disk Space:15 GB

And my computer specs are:

1. I know that I have to get a new graphics card so I went to amazon and i found this one and wanted to know if it was compatible with my computer:

1. you do need a card but getting that will get you low setting 20 fps (if your lucky) get this instead Link you can run the game (and others) at nice settings and very playable framerates 45-60 fps
2. pci in a simplified expression is attachments for a gun barrel upgrade and higher capacity magazines to make it run faster and more efficently in a specified field it is what connects graphics cards pci ssds and sound cards
3. you do not need a sound card if you can play sound through your tv/speaker through your computer alread

this should help you play it smoother and hd 6450 Dont get that card i bought 1 from amazon and it does not play games good at all it just overheats alot i know play wow and gta 4 and it smells burnt all the time
