Will the GTX 960 Graphics card work on my IPISB-CH2 Chicago Motherboard with In Intel H67 chipset?

Looking for information on whether a GTX 960 Graphics card with work with my IPISB-CH2 Chicago motherboard. I had tried a GTX 750 and could not get the system to work. I was told it has to do with the BIOS on my motherboard?
