Worth it to order from Amazon.com?

Hi.
I'm thinking of ordering a Asus Strix 970. This card is available from INR 28350 to INR 33000 in various online stores. If I wanted to order it from abroad, Amazon says it'll cost me around $445, so that's a saving of INR 700.
Is it worth to order from Amazon.com? Amazon.in has the same card for 30750 from a noname seller. I'm willing to wait for the 10 days it takes to arrive.

Does that $445 include shipping? Do they ship to where you live?

Make sure you check your countries customs. It might take longer. Make sure they actually drop it off to your place.
