My freind having 2 Slots for RAM in his mobo,
Currently in his 1st Slot he has 2GB Ram atm while the 2nd Slot is empty,
He/She wants to upgrade Either 4GB Ram or 2GB Ram on the 2nd slot so approximately the total will be 6GB Ram or 4GB Ram..
anyways,
1)1333MHz Ram is compatible with 1600MHz? (Is it ok if i put 1333MHz Ram on 1st slot and 1600MHz Ram on 2nd slot?)
2)Is it ok if i put 2 Rams with different brand names in it? (For example, The Ram in the 1st Slot is made by PCMemory™ and the Ram on the 2nd slot is made by WinMos™, will it fit and work properly?)
