Most important :
> i5-4690k paired with z97 mobo for OC ("k" stands for unlocked multiplier and you need z97 chipset)
> Seasonic 750w PSU (Seasonic's the best imo and any 750W PSU from Seasonic should do the work, you may need to go for a bigger one if you want crossfire/sli)
> R9 290x is pure power, i highly recommend this GPU (4gb v-ram, 512 bits, pretty much overkill in any of today's games)
> the other components like the case (chose the one i have, pretty nice case, standard case), the RAM's are standard good Corsair RAM, chose a 1TB Seagate HDD , go with this and maybe add a small SSD to boot your windows faster from it - keep in mind, a SSD doesn't help FPS's in games, it only loads the game faster that's why i recommend a 1 TB HDD or SSHD (sshd = hybrid ssd+hdd)
> very good cpu cooler, but you can change for a Noctua if you'd like too
> all-around extremely good build :)
> reply with any questions you may have :)

Will this build run newer games, and if so at what resolution/FPS?
