can i overclock to 2.16 GHz without stock cooler? (i have a 1.4 GHz cpu)

I need and opinion on the settings i should use

Processor: AMD E1-2500 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 1.40 GHz
RAM: 4.00GB (3.44 GB usable)
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Hard Drive Space: 499GB

Running windows 8.1

totally agree ...by the way it's very dangerous to do this because of temperature will be increased and it wont be something to cool your CPU
