Due to a short circuit failure my motherboard(Intel D102GGC2) tossed up and does not boot now. I need a latest motherboard that is compatible with my Intel 4 Pentium D 820 Processor and a 2 GB DDR2 RAM. Any Suggestion is highly appreciated.

There are a few choices on NewEgg if you search for "LGA775" -- Your CPU is listed as supported by the Gigabyte...

You could also replace the CPU. Compatible models don't sell for very much.
