overkill is a good thing I don't want to have to upgrade anything for at least six months after building this thing just want to come home from work and fire up a game without having to worry about any problems

since the best graphics card offered is a r9 270x, you dont need an i7 or a z87. something like
i5-4440
any motherboard with a B85 chipset would work.
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2 Power Supply
two r9 270x's.
along with (i guess) 500 GB 840 EVO SSD
Corsair Vengeance Pro Memory Kit - 8GB
and Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced Window - Black.

now take into consideration, this is not the best configuration you could get, just the best you could get from that site :)
consider finding a mailing address (say your work place or relatives home) where you don't have to worry about local thefts, in order to make a better configuration.

EDIT: go with the z87 it has more pci slots for better crossfire

You Sir Are A Legend!! Thanks For Your Help Its Been Bothering Me For Some Time Now As I Don't Want To Waste My Time Buying A Pre Built Machine and Don't have A Clue Where To Stat these Days With The Tech Being What It Is..Quick Question Would The i7 Not Be Better To Get As I Don't Feel Like Upgrading in The Next Six Months?

some UK mail order suppliers deliver to local supermarkets/garages for people who are at work all day. Amazon used to deliver to my local co-op but not sure if they still do. Worth a check though as it will ave you £'s

either one would be good for more than six months. you don't need the i7 because it's more processing power than you need, and the one you selected actually isn't compatible with the motherboard you selected. you could get an i7 if you wish, but you honestly don't need it for 270x. like i said, you should try to find a way to get a better graphics card (or two) than the 270x
