Definitely a couple of issues

- You have an overclockable cpu but the motherboard doesn't allow overclocking. Either change the motherboard or cpu

- The hard drive is designed for use in cctv systems, try and get a Seagate barracuda or WD Caviar blue

What's your budget? I might be able to suggest some improvements

looks good. your PSU is kinda low end and a bit small. I'd spend a few more bucks and get something i bit better. its the heart of your pc and isnt something you should skimp on. Also dont get the K version cpu. that or get a z series MOBO. other than that you get my thumbs up.

Also in PC Part Picker how how are there different video cards for the same thing. For example when I went to PC Part Picker and looked for the 290x there were different video cards. How would you know which one is better?

Any gpu that has a custom design to the gpu cooler like Sapphire Trix or Gigabyte Windforce are good to choose.
