So a couple months ago I purchased a Sapphire r9 290 GPU and installed it. Well pretty much right afterwards it just rebooted by itself. Didnt think much of it so I tinkered with the parts and made sure they were properly seated into the case and such. Well a few months later it is still doing it. I checked the temps. and they are very good. It does not seem to matter what I am doing since it will do it if I am playing a game or just watching youtube. I did find out though that my motherboard only supports 95w CPUs and my cpu is 125w. But it only started doing this crap when I got the new GPU. It was fine until i put it in. I have no idea what it could be rather than the CPU wats thing. I was just about to buy an asus 990fx chipset MOBO but I wanted to get a few more opinions before I did. Here are my pc specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8370
GPU: Sapphire TRI-X OC R9 290
PSU: Corsair 750w
MOBO: MSI 760gm-p23 FX
Memory: 8gb of some random maker
