What sort of Graphics Card should a gaming triple set up have?

Hello,
I'm assemblying a new computer for myself and although this isn't exactly my first time I have never tried to rig multiple monitors before and I'm afraid my selected GPU isn't gonna cut it for serious gaming (ie 5760x1080; ultra settings, max details, etc etc etc).
Do you have any suggestions as to what card I should get? Is there a single card able to hold up to this or would I need to set up a SLI? ( Yeah, I actually am very biased against eyefinity, so unless it utterly outclasses a similarly priced nVidia card, I'd rather not go for it)
Thanks in advance.

PS: I don't think it matters but I'm gonna list what my machine's probable specs
- i7 4790k
- 16GB RAM (4x4) Corsair
- 500GB SSD + 2TB HDD
- Some sort of pre packed self contained liquid cooling system. Probably Corsair's Hydro H100i
- Whatever MoBo is compatible
- Whatever PSU is deemed enough according to the MoBo and GPU specs
