Hard Drive not detected! need some help asap guys :(

A lot more information would help. Some questions like
Is it homebuilt or from a vendor? What make and model?
Was it visible before and disappeared, or never visible?
What OS are you running?
Where is it not visible? No disk letter, not in Disk Manager, or not seen in BIOS? It could be as simple as partitioning a brand-new drive and formatting the partition.

Thanks for the quick reply! ok here we go , first of all its homebuilt, its piece by piece added, i have 2 hard drives, one of them its SSD which works just fine, but the other one is a Seagate Barracuda 1 TB , it was visible before i downgrade to windows 7 from windows 8.1 (through a clean install) and its only visible in device manager.... :(

If A) there is not anything on it that you need, and B) it is visible in the device manager, then just partition it and format the partition. If there should have been data on it, let's look at what device manager shows (no partition, raw partition) and try recovery software.

Have you used Google to look up that message? If not, may I politely suggest that you do when something like that pops up? It's what I'm doing right now, since I personally have not heard of a virtual disk manager before.

EDIT 1: And now I have a better idea what that is: http://www.sevenforums.com/performance-maintenance/79241-virtual-disk-manager.html

EDIT 2: I haven't found it; I'll ping some more people to come over to this thread.
