I want to build a pc for streaming games, but I was wondering if an i5 is alright or do i need an i7? or is the graphics card I get more important when it comes to performance? At the moment if I got an i5 I could get a better graphics card due to my budget than if i got an i7. Any info would be helpful, thanks. I would be wanting to stream newer games and some from console through a capture card also.
Is an i5-4590 Haswell good enough for gaming and streaming?

I highly recommend getting the Xeon. It has hyperthreading which will act as cores and really help your streaming. This Xeon is identical to an i7 only the Xeon doesn't have turbo boost and integrated graphics. <--- Both are useless to you.
