Some of my friends with cpu's that are worse than mine run it all fine. But for some reason when I run it it lags like hell. around 5 - 15 fps. (the game is legend of zelda wind waker)

CPU: i7-3610QM
GPU: gtx 660M

if you want more info, this is the computer that I have:

I just noticed that you i7 is only 2.3Ghz. This is very low. From what I've read elsewhere, emulation is cpu-intensive. Even the $65 intel g3258 has a clockspeed of 3.2Ghz and can be overclocked to 4.2Ghz with the right motherboard. The i7 has more cores yes, but the dolphin emulator only uses two cores. The graphics card you have should be plenty powerful.
