I am using a corsair cx600m power supply with an asus a88xm-a motherboard. I unattached the main 24 pin connector to route some cables and now i cannot get it to reattach. Before this everything worked properly now only the only thing which seems to get power is the standby power LED on the motherboard. There is a latch on the connector which refuses to connect after apply a lot of force. Below is a picture of how close it is. Any help is appreciated. http://

Iv have spent over an hour trying to get it too connect. yes, the second power connector is in. I have heared this is a common issue in cx power supplies but ive had it connected before.

Sometimes the pins are a little hard to line up. This is worse with 4-pin molex connectors.
If that was the issue though, pushing it in as far as you have would have badly bent the pin and you would be able to see this.
I think it is more likely the plastic connector is sticking for some reason.
I guess you can check that the connector on the motherboard and from the PSU are clean of any obstructions and that no pins are bent.
Not sure what else it could be.
