For my first build I am looking for a PC build that is around 800$-900$ as the title states. Thanks to the currently awful CDN-USD exchange rate, this part combo (Not prebuilt) I was eyeing on newegg US is now 1000$ CDN:

I would like a PC in my budget that can play NEXT-GEN games, so an AMD FX-6300 CPU is not an option. One particular game I will be playing is MGSV. I will also be making some songs with FL studio. I would like the specs as similar as I can to the newegg combo. I can go higher than 900 if I have to. Lastly, I would like a windowed case.
