alright guys srry to keep changing this but today i went to TRY and make the build alittle cheaper and well the price came out similiar but a little more since i added some things i actually needed. this should be my final decision. heres the links and srry for the change.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/r22mJx

now this is what makes me feel like this is wrong: if you notice the case,, the power supply goes at the top, but there is no vent at the top, and on the power supply there is a fan at the top. so thats the only thing confusing me is the power supply and case.

thanks guys

if your budget is 500$ then even the build you posted is over your budget.
600$ is the sweet spot for 1080p Gaming Max Settings, personally i dont recommend AMD CPu's for gaming anymore, since any Intel Offering is much better at it in every $ category. i3>6300, i5>8320, g3258>860k.

here is a 590$ build with rebates is 580$, this build will play all games very high to Ultra settings 60FPs.

and 515$ build with no rebates

i dont really like copying lol but at this point i dont really care. the one u chose does look nice. heres my questions

whats wrong with the apu and external gpu??

also how good is that graphics card that you chose because i was really looking into that sapphire r9 280

and also go back to the link of the one you built and scroll near the bottom and look at the compatibility notes about the usb ports

thanks

As far as copying goes, why reinvent the wheel? If you let us know what your actual budget is, we can dial you in on a system that will give you max bang for your buck. Also include whether your budget needs to cover the OS or peripherals like keyboard, monitor, etc. Do you have any components already that you're planning to incorporate into the build? Last, are you fixed on an AMD video card or are you open to nvidia also?

ok so i read all the comments. thanks. the builds look good. i did find one tho that came to 485 with a graphics that has 3gb memory. it is amd but im still on a budget and theyre cheaper than intel. the graphics card and ram is what makes up most of the build.

this is the amd one http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JxRg4D
the total price for this one is 485$ and the cpu comes out to 3.9ghz while the intel is 3.5

this is the intel one that raiin picked but i changed the gpu since it has 3gb of memory http://pcpartpicker.com/p/42WBWZ
total price for this one is 498$

sorry i keep changing it its just that im tryna to get the best out of the build. the ones that everyone is posting are great but im just trying to change them and see what you think about the change. i know some about this stuff but not alot. even tho theres not really a price difference. i know im probably pissing people off with all my quesitons but i just needa know more about this stuff

how about this one. the only thing different is the gpu which has 2gb memory but about 80 more mhz clock speed which i heard higher clock speed means more fps. and this gpu is cheaper. look guys im sorry for constantly posting these builds im just tryna make a good one by myself.

and i guess i can upgrade the gpu later on down the road but not for about a year :)
