DRAM Led Flashing

I just built my PC today. Plugged everything in and turned it on, first booted successfully into BIOS. I then went ahead and booted to Windows installation, here I ran into a problem where it says the installation is corrupt or something at 80%. So I researched and saw that some people fixed this error by removing a ram stick and having just one ram in. So I did so (I later learned it was actually something wrong with my harddrive and or bootable windows drive, so ram was not an issue). So with the single 4gb ram stick, my pc booted up and tried windows installation, same error (obviously). So, I put my other 4gb ram stick into it's correct dim slot configurations. Turned on PC and bam DRAM_LED lights red flashing with loud beeps. I pressed the MemOK button next to it, and it stops the beep/flashes, but then starts back up instantly, and computer does not post to bios.

I'm pretty sure my RAM and or RAM Dim slots didn't die literally after using it a minute ago, I put in my ram in the dims well matched with the pins (also no pins bent) I also don't think my mobo died, since all fans, green mobo light, psu, etc, running fine; also updated bios
What to do?

But I never messed with the timings. It is CAS 10 at `1866Mhz (auto oc'd to 1866 w/o messing with bios)

Yes I am guessing so, as it says on the newegg page that this ram kit auto overclocks it self to advertised frequency, is this a problem? I see most people's asus mobo not recognizing their ram's advertised frequency, and going in advanced mode to change it with profiles...

But when I do clear the CMOS, and run the pc again, wouldn't be back to the same ram with same frequency and timings = same issues?

I just simply press this button, while powered off? Is it going to clear CMOS?
