Can I plug fans into my PSU?

Why do you need so many fans? Do you intend on cleaning out your case every week because with that much suction it will be a major dust magnet. 2 Case fans is more than enough for a normal system with 1 GPU but if you insist on going overkill do what Damric said and invest in a Fan Controller.

Basic to Flashy 4+ Fan controllers mounted in 5 1/4 drivebay.

So if i just get 4 of those fans and the one CPU cooler will it be enough? My computer runs for about 8-16 hours a day, non stop.

Yes that controller should be enough, I built my system with one of these when I needed a few more fans since it was Folding 24/7 in the end 2 fans were enough even with 2 GPU's running full bore.
