My laptop is overheating like crazy. I've tried so many things to try to diagnose the problem to the point where I remove everything including the hard drive and the cpu still manages to overheat on idle. Anyone have a clue why this happens?
Also cleaned the vents and reapplied thermal paste 3 times. And yes the cpu still works.
Also pins are good and I cleaned and reapplied thermal paste and the fan does run, in fact I turned on my house fan on full blast lol.
