All this time i 've been playing first person shooters using cheap gaming mice with no macros or anything and i have gotten really sick and tired of this . So i saved some money to get a good gaming mouse that will help me play with more comfort and get a better performance ( i know that a good mouse will make me a better player ,don't start hating :p ). My budget is about 70 bucks and i want my mouse to have : a good sensor ( optical if possible cause they don't have acceleration issues ), at least 3 macro buttons on the side ( i don't want too many buttons since i will be mostly playing fps ) and on the fly dpi buttons , and it should be somewhat heavy (removable weight should be good ). I don't really care about the leds and if the scroll wheel will be able to tilt...cause i don't see how this can help (but i would not mind if the rest of the mouse is good) if the dpi could get to 4000 it would enough ...but more is always accepted :). And last but not least , the buid quality should be as good as possible. Thanks for your time guys!!!

The corsair M45 the first thing that came to mind, and fits basically all of your criteria except it only has 2 buttons. It has 2 macro buttons, on the fly dpi, optical, 5k dpi, and great build quality.

some other things that come to mind are the razer deathadder, the steelseries rival, the maonix naos 7000, and the zowie FK.
My personal choice is the CM Storm Spawn/Xornet but that's because I use the claw grip exclusively.

You should check out the logitech G502, I use one and LOVE it! My primary game is BF4, it's get 11 programmable keys (3 profiles to switch from) So you can program your grenades/equipment, a couple movements into the buttons as well as there is a "Sniper" button that lowers the DPI while you hold it down so you have have high sensitivity for quick movements while running around and steadier sensitivity while aiming. (You set the level of lowered DPI in the Logitech software).
