HDD win 7 64 bit on 32 bit pc

Can I install win 7 64 bit on a 32 bit computer???, Because I am building a new computer but I am still waiting on parts, but I want to get the HDD ready, can I plug it in to my 32 bit computer and flash win 7 64 bit to it????, will it work??? =).

First, you'd have to go back several years to find a '32bit' PC. Like a decade or more.

Second, you should only install the OS in the PC where it will live, be it 64 or 32bit.
Installing the OS on a different PC and then moving that drive to a new build is very, very likely to fail.

Just hold off until you get the actual PC built.
