Can This Computer Run GTA IV?

I am buying a new laptop, it's primary purpose will not be gaming but I am going to want to play GTA IV on it. GTA IV works on my current laptop (really unplayable, but I can navigate and drive and stuff) which has an intel celeron and 2GB RAM. I am getting a computer with the following specs and I was wondering if it would run GTA IV at a playable speed (lowest graphics plus optimizations)
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4400
Graphics Chip: Intel
RAM: 6GB DDR3L SDRAM
OS ARCH: 64-bit
Processor: Intel 4th Generation Core i3

Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

You should be able to run it, but chances are when you play either low FPS, have to turn down res (though that laptops res is probably only 1366x768), and when you're playing you're going to have tons of pop-ins.
