Hey guys,

So I am building my first pc this summer and I'm trying to keep it on the smaller side so it doesn't annoy my roommate when I bring it to college in a few years. Currently, I'm checking out the Cooler Master Elite 130 and I saw a comment that stated "If using a long video card, you'll have to do one of two things: either make sure it isn't one of those EVGA-style extra-height video cards, or else you might have to remove the 5.25" drive bay bracket because a video card would be touching it..." I would like to know if I would not be able to put an EVGA graphics card in there and if I cannot, what are my other options?

according to cooler master http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mini-itx-elite-series/elite130/ it can support a "VGA card length: 343mm / 13.5 inch"

the pictures show a card almost as long as the case installed. i think the reviews are saying not that length is an issue but how wide the card is. some super oc'ed cards have massive coolers that are almost triple slot in width. this would bump into the hdd cage right behind the card. never having used the case myself i don't know how wide it can be. maybe someone here who has the case can do a quick measure for you but it looks like any double slot card would be ok so long as it is not triple slot width.

i have an Antec ISK600 case, and i prefer its layout & design. they put the PSU up front so that you can run a full size cooler. i have a GTX760 in there with some room to spare BUT the tray that would be up top can't be installed since it would hit the card. not a big deal since i can put 2 SSDs and 1 3.5" HDD in there without that bracket anyways.

different case, obviously, but also ITX and a card fits just fine (i briefly had an EVGA in there but it was a GTX650 or 660, so i returned it when an Asus 760 was available at a good price)
