i have little to no applications running anf only have little processes that are using 0-2 amounts of cpu yet i get spikes that can use up to 30-40%. With this my computer starts to make more noise and i start to lag when doing tasks. My processor is intel core i5-4670k and my cpu runs at 3.40GHz with an installed RAM of 8GB. Can someone please help with what i can do to prevent this from happening?
