This is for my friend, he will upgrade things like the RAM over time, we just need to get this thing up and running and being able to play games. I know its nota fancy build but he doesnt have much money and im trying my best to get him the best parts for his money.

Yes. See here and note that the listed wattages are for an entire system and not just the graphics card. This list also errs on the side of caution due to not everyone having a high quality power supply.

Are you sure that PSU will be able to power all of these parts? And i would prefer to use corsair, i do not know of that brand....

Any XFX power supply is better than the Corsair CX series. The CX units are low end with cheap Chinese capacitors and they die early when stressed. They should be avoided in gaming builds. All XFX units are made by Seasonic and are top quality.
