I don't know which one is better. The cas on the blue one is 8 while the red one is 9 but the red one has a lot more rating than the blue one. Which one should I get with this build:

Intel core i5-4690k
asus z97-a
Gigabyte GTX 970

What are the model #s - if they are the same data rate 1600 or whatever then the CL8 set will be the better performing, not sure what you mean by 'rating' - if talking reviews or whatever, the the CL8 set might have fewer as originally it may have cost more

well it depends what color the rest of your build is if its blue then blue if its red then go red if your not fussed go with the one with the lowest latency (CAS) and the fastest speed
